Completed in 2019 in East Lothian, Scotland, this contemporary home extension designed by David Blaikie Architects focused on creating a seamless connection between the living space and the garden. To achieve this, we supplied and installed a Solarlux Cero III slimline, triple-glazed automated sliding unit. Chosen for its minimalist design and exceptional performance, the system allows for expansive, uninterrupted views while also delivering outstanding thermal efficiency. The automated functionality enhances ease of use, enabling large glass panels to glide effortlessly, opening up the home to its beautifully landscaped setting and fulfilling the architect’s vision of fluid indoor-outdoor living.
