Description
A worlds first. The first certified Passive House Plus timber straw bale House, exceeding the “PassivHaus” standard. Our client wanted build to Code 6 initially and after a meeting with Ecowin decided to build to Passive House and being certified became part of the planning condition. The building itself is unusual in design and proved challenging for certification. Ecowin with our PassivHaus partner certified the building as well as supplying the glazing and integrated extental venetian blinds.
