Delivery costs are based on goods being delivered directly from the factory to site via an articulated lorry, suitable for offloading via a telehandler or similar. There is no offloading machinery supplied with these vehicles
Ecowin only offer delivery to anywhere on the UK mainland (including the highlands), any projects to the Islands will be calculated to the nearest ferry port and excludes storage costs. Onward delivery will be your responsibility to organise.
IMPORTANT:
A standard trailer height is 2.7m high (2700mm). Windows/Doors/Glass that are higher than higher 2.5 metres may require special transport, the max height for a pallet including packaging and items is 2.65 metres and pallets can vary from 150mm to 250mm in height.
We do not allow for special transport at estimate or order stage. This will only be determined once the factory have packed everything for transport. Additional costs for transport for items packed and result in the pallet being higher than 2.65 metres total height, will require special transport. Ecowin can organise transport for items at a maximum height of 2.95 metres including pallet and packaging, but this is at additional cost, we will advise this cost at the earliest opportunity after packaging and weights and dimensions are available.
If your project is within a city centre or in a hard to reach area, we may have allowed for the delivery to be made via a HiaB truck. This is a truck with a mounted crane, that can lift the pallets off, this vehicle is approximately. 10m in length and 2.5m in width.
