Ecowin utilise different manufacturers with different warranties and guarantees, it’s important to understand that not all manufacturers offer the same but it is important to understand that without the products being maintained inline with the manufacturers warranties, then potential issues may not be covered. Once your installation has been carried out and the installation team have left, any product adjustments are not covered under warranty and we suggest discussing with the installation teams to take out a year care and maintenance package with them.

This keeps the products working but also ensure the guarantees aren’t being impacted.
